The Family Support Center on Disabilities: Knowledge & Involvement Network (KIN)
This is a centralized resource on the full range of options available to individuals with disabilities and their families. This is a new web site and a work in progress funded by Administration on Developmental Disabilities (ADD) through the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services. IDEA Discipline Compliance Tool
The discipline rules of IDEA can be difficult to understand and apply correctly. This interactive tool will help you understand how the discipline rules apply to specific situations. You provide the situation, and the tool tells you what rules apply and what must, may, and may not be done. This tool covers six stages: Eligibility, Type of Conduct, Proposed Disciplinary Action, Manifestation Results, Considering PBIS, and Discipline FAQ.

Topics also include guardianship and estate planning legal needs of children and adults, including the elderly, with mental, developmental and physical disabilities or substance dependency and their families.
