Maternal and Child Health Bureau of the US Department of Health and Human Services

Mountain Plains Regional Resource Center
Funded by the USDE Office of Special Education Programs to assist State Education Agencies and Lead Agencies in improving programs and services for infants, toddlers, children and youth with disabilities.
National PIRC Coordination Center
National technical assistance for Parent Information and Resource Centers in each state funded by the US Department of Education Office of Innovation and Improvement. Each PIRC provides parent training and resources to support parent involvement in efforts to improve student achievement.

OCR – Office for Civil Rights
This office ensures equal access to education promotes educational excellence throughout the nation through vigorous enforcement of civil rights.
OSEP – Office of Special Education Programs
Provides resources to states, local districts and Parent Information & Training Centers to improve results for infants, toddlers, children and youth with disabilities ages birth through 21.
OSERS – Office of Special Education and Rehabilitative Services
Provides resources to improve outcomes for people with disabilities of all ages through special education, vocational rehabilitation and research.
Technical Assistance Alliance for Parent Centers
A partnership of one national and six regional parent technical assistance centers, funded by the Office of Special Education Programs (OSEP) to improve outcomes for students with disabilities.
