Volunteers in the Family Leadership Action Network (FLAN) combine the voices of families to shape systems that impact our lives and our children's future. FLAN celebrates the strengths and values the rich diversity of families across our state.
We promote family leadership to improve policies, programs and services. As systems listen carefully to the family perspective, we become partners for positive outcomes for our children.
Volunteers connect through groups that match their interests. We mentor our volunteers through phone calls, meetings, newsletters, workshops and events. The Leadership Path for each group expands skills and taps individual talents in ways that work best for each volunteer.

- NM PTI Adobe Corp - Sharing resources with families of children with disabilities and communities to expand opportunities for informed decisions and student success.
