Biography:

Camila is from Santiago, Chile, but has lived in New Mexico since 2002. Her main hobby is reading, but she also loves dancing and being outdoors enjoying the beautiful weather that New Mexico offers.

Her mother was diagnosed with breast cancer, and, thanks to good medical care and non-profit organizations that helped her along the way, she is now cancer-free. Camila believes that if it wasn’t for the support provided by the staff of these organizations, her family wouldn’t have been able to get through the diagnosis and illness, nor been able to successfully navigate the complicated medical systems. Because of this experience, Camila is passionate about being able to provide help and information to all families in need.
